Circlip pliers are specialized hand tools designed for installing or removing circlips, which are ring-shaped fasteners used to secure components on a shaft or within a bore. These pliers have straight, parallel jaws designed to compress the circlip’s ends, allowing it to be installed onto a shaft or removed from one.

• The sturdy snap ring pliers are designed to spread external snap rings (circlips) from 40mm to 100mm (1 9/16 in to 4 in) ID
• The heavy-duty jaws taper down to 3/32 in (2.3mm) diameter pins
• The jaws are angled to work with the plier handles perpendicular to the shaft
• The PVC coated handles are sprung to close the jaws when you let go for easy one-handed use
